As many of our quality items are handcrafted and made ethically with love and care, it could take time to produce and restock. To offer this 5-months LAYBY option for our customers to secure the items as they are in stock, and spread payments across (perfect for the organized ones to plan ahead!).

Below are the details on how to use it : 

  • Available for orders AU$ 150 or above, free Australia shipping for orders AU$ 180+ still apply

  • Enter “LAYBY” in “Discount Code” at check out to reduce your payment amount to 20% as deposit (non-refundable)

  • Australia-wide flat rate standard shipping fee of AU$ 10 would be included due to system configuration of our website (You will not be charged this shipping fee if your order is AU$180+, but you'd have paid an extra $10 on top of the 20% deposit as part of your initial payment)

  • You will receive a separate PayPal invoice by email

  • You can pay the balance partially via PayPal at your pace by the due date stated on your invoice (no minimum amount or fixed payment period, how sweet is that!)

  • Contact us when your balance had been paid off and your order will be dispatched in 2 business days

Please note :

  • 20% deposit is non-refundable. In cases of order cancellation, change-of-mind, failure to complete balance payment by deadline, the deposit shall be forfeited

  • Items in the Layby order cannot be amended

  • Additional item(s) can be added to your previous Layby orders, however the payment deadline for the new items would be the same as initial due date when the LAYBY was created.
    (Please remark in “Notes” at checkout if you’d like to add the order to your previous LAYBY order or create a new LAYBY order)

  • Each customer can have a maximum of 2 active LAYBY at the same timr
