Each set includes 40 colored planks in 2 different colors, and an hard-cover art book with inspirations that are especially adapted to the colour theme of its set, the creations in the book of each set are different, all are designed to inspire a range of abilities and age groups.

The planks are painted with natural pigment, their untreated natural wood texture provide adequate grip to optimize building. These Book and Colours sets are a great complement to the KAPLA natural planks to add a touch of contrasting tones to take your KAPLA creations to a new dimension!

KAPLA planks are truly open-ended and you can create anything you can imagine! Designed with a golden ratio of 1:3:5 - meaning 3 planks stacked are equal to the height of 1 plank standing up on its side, and 5 laid across is equal to the longest side of a plank, this ratio and its uniformity allows children 3+ to adults to create the most versatile creations imaginable according to their own skills level, and it's possible to build real big structures - castles, animals, towers, towns, ball runs and so much more.
